Philippe Grégoire (*1963) and Claire Petetin (*1963) are architects based in Paris. They founded their own agency in 1995. In 1997 they organised workshops at the Ecole d´Architecture de Paris-Villemin and from 1998 to 2000 Claire Petetin was assistant to Benoit Cornette at the Ecole d´Architecture de Bretagne.

Their work as architects is dedicated to sites which are facing exceptional urban transformation, such as the social housing projects of the 1970's in France, many of which have been recently demolished in a governmental tabula rasa. Talking Cities features their „Territorist-Kit, XL-Size“: a prototypical structure with which they will subsequently intervene in the 'banlieu condition'. The Territorist-Kit is a pliable object; “an interface at once ludic, sporty, choreographic, aggressive and militant; a sort of ring, a marker for territories in crisis.“ The structure shown in the exhibition is the first and the biggest (XL-) model in a new series of architectural moduls, which Petetin Grégoire will complete 2007.
